Delivery Policy

Shipping Time: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and national holidays in Cairo.

Same-Day Delivery: Available for certain zones from Monday to Thursday (Friday to Sunday are off) if the order is placed before 3:00 pm. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be delivered the next working day. Please send us a DM for Same Day Delivery within Cairo.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return/Exchange Window: You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Condition for Return/Exchange: Items must be returned with the hangtag still attached. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of being stained, sweaty, having an odor, torn, or washed.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for covering all return and exchange shipping fees.
