Delivery Policy
- Shipping Time: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and national holidays in Cairo.
- Order Tracking: To track your order, please send an email to [help@shipblu.com](mailto:help@shipblu.com).
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for certain zones from Monday to Thursday if the order is placed before 4:00 pm. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be delivered the next day. Please send us a DM for Same Day Delivery within Heliopolis and Sheraton.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Return/Exchange Window: You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Condition for Return/Exchange: Items must be returned with the hangtag still attached. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of being stained, sweaty, having an odor, torn, or washed.
- Assessment: If the hangtag is missing, please visit our store for an assessment, as the courier will not accept such items.
- Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for covering all return and exchange shipping fees.
- In-Store Exchanges: For in-store exchanges, kindly inform us in advance so we can prepare your new order.
